Required Skills

At least two years of professional experience as a technical writer
Extremely strong writing skills, scrupulous editing and revision skills, laser-like attention to detail with the ability to see the big picture
Ability to convert technical information into easily understood content and express complex technical concepts in easy terms
Ability to create and process illustrations (knowledge of screen capturing and processing tools)
Ability to create clear, concise, well-structured and relevant user information
Ability to work on multiple complex projects and manage multiple priorities
Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
Ability to learn quickly and grasp large volumes of complicated and abstract technology information, personally validate technical information
Ability to harvest information from subject matter experts and cross-function teams via high-level communication and interview skills
Ability to work independently and as a team player
Ability to work with little or no supervision, manage own time scales and use own initiative to ensure accuracy and consistency of all documentation produced
High sense of responsibility, self-improvement and self-motivation potential, creative approach
Availability of documentation portfolio with samples that showcase your expertise, including user guides, help systems, FAQs, training materials, video tutorials, installation guides, release notes, and more.
