Ørsted and Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) have entered into a partnership to develop approx. 5.2 gigawatts of offshore wind in Denmark across four projects.
This is the first time 3D-printed reefs are used in Danish waters, and they will complement existing boulder reefs that Ørsted established when constructing the Anholt Offshore Wind Farm in 2012-13.
Ørsted and Eversource along with Edison Chouest Offshore (ECO) has announced that shipbuilding of the first Jones Act-qualified wind farm service operations vessel (SOV) in the United States has commenced.
