The High Court of England and Wales in London has continued the injunction first made on August 31, 2018 prohibiting the Government of Djibouti’s port company, Port de Djibouti S.A.
As part of its on-going dispute with the Government of Djibouti, DP World has now released a video arguing its case and saying “dark clouds are gathering over Djibouti.”
