The agreement focuses on the joint development of projects of mutual interest in the Hot Potassium Carbonate (HPC) segment, with the aim of capturing the opportunities offered by a growing market.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy also stated the need to strengthen the counteraction to the Russian tanker fleet, which “uses European jurisdictions.”
The platforms targeted were the V. Filanovsky, Yuri Korchagin, and Valery Greifer facilities. These sites reportedly supported the Russian invasion forces.
