The Tiwi Hydrogen Project will deliver a fully integrated green hydrogen production and export supply chain, commencing with a fleet of GEV’s 430t compressed hydrogen ships.
Commercialisation opportunities for hydrogen transport using the GEV pilot ship, include the recently announced MOU with the HyEnergy project in Western Australia.
The study will evaluate the technical feasibility and delivered cost of green hydrogen exports to nominated Asia-Pacific markets utilising GEV’s compressed hydrogen marine supply chain.
The parties to the agreement believe that the C-H2 project will eliminate the technical barriers and deliver a solution which is superior to other transport alternatives.
