VARD has signed a very important contract for the design and construction of one state-of-the-art hybrid power Ocean Energy Construction Vessel (OECV) for the Norwegian shipping group Island Offshore. The parties have also agreed on an option for two more vessels.

In addition, MacGregor has been contracted to supply its OnWatch solution, including 24/7 technical service support worldwide.

VARD has signed a contract for the design and construction of a tailormade state-of-the-art hybrid power Service Operation Vessel (SOV) for the Taiwanese company Cyan Renewables.
