A consortium of strategic partners Bladt Industries and Semco Maritime has been awarded a turnkey contract on the world’s largest offshore wind project so far – Coastal Virginia Offshore Wind– for U.S. utility company Dominion Energy Virginia.

Semco Maritime is currently implementing a remote collaboration program to significantly reduce that downtime for all their offshore customers.

Semco Maritime will perform maintenance work on the substations’ LV utilities and fire, safety and structural systems.

Danish engineering company Semco Maritime has won a five-year service contract at Northland Power’s 252MW Deutsche Bucht wind farm in the German North Sea.
