EDF Renewables has announced plans to build phase two of the Blyth Offshore Demonstrator (BOD) wind farm off the coast from the Port of Blyth using floating offshore wind technology.
Petrofac is set to build on its provision of Operations & Maintenance Support Services for INEOS FPS following the award of an enhanced five-year contract.
The first turbine at the Kriegers Flak offshore wind farm is in place and will deliver the first fossil-free electricity shortly. It will be the largest offshore wind farm in Denmark.
In the future, the partnership, in cooperation with OYO, will be able to link various offshore geotechnical investigation results and provide data in a form that meets diverse customer needs.
Use of new high performance class-approved computer system will enable new features to be included into various zero emission solutions for ship & offshore applications.
