The technology group Wärtsilä will supply its hybrid propulsion system for three new RoPax vessel currently built for Stena RoRo, Europe´s largest ferry company.
The catamarans will operate under the flag of ATTICA GROUP, buyer of the vessels and the main provider of ferry services for passengers and cargo in the Eastern Mediterranean Sea.
The new line will also provide for the transportation of oversized and / or heavy cargo, which is not always possible with Ro-Pax ferries serving lines in other ports of Latvia and neighboring countries.
