The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) has awarded a total of S$1.625 million to 11 joint industry projects in the areas of maritime digitalisation and additive manufacturing for ship and marine parts.
The arrangement involves assistance in the day-to-day management of carbon emissions from the port and the development of methods for electrification, digitalisation and monitoring of energy consumption and emissions at the port.
The partnership with Eserv is part of the first phase of Neptune Energy’s strategy to “digitise” its assets and processes and enables remote subject matter expert advice for offshore personnel
